We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 3. Products and Services

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

4. Payment Terms

We offer different payment methods depending on how you choose to shop with us:

  • In-Store Purchases: We accept Cash and major Credit Cards at our physical retail location.

  • Online Purchases: We accept major Credit Cards and PayPal for orders processed through our website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please review your items carefully before completing your purchase. Because many of our items may be unique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a transaction is completed.

Exceptions for Damaged Goods (Shipping Only): If an item shipped to you arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@theheirloomstore.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping for certain items only.

  • Shippable Items: Items marked as eligible for shipping will be processed within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

  • Non-Shippable Items: Due to size, weight, or fragility, certain items are available for In-Store Pickup Only. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall The Heirloom Store, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
